The Montserrat Civil Service Association (MCSA) has received high praises from its Caribbean counterparts for its recent hosting the 42nd Annual Caribbean Public Service Association (CPSA) Conference.
The MCSA said many delegates and observers described the meeting as one of the best organized and productive seminars.
The visiting CPSA delegates and observers from 15 Caribbean islands said the high standard was beyond expectations.
The delegates also indicated that they returned to their respective countries with new and positive impressions of the island.
Apart from their engagement in daily sessions, delegates visited the National Museum, National Trust, Montserrat Volcano Observatory and the ruins of Plymouth.
The CPSA conference was held from July 22nd to the 27th at the Montserrat Cultural Centre under the theme “Public services driving positive changes.”
Next year’s CPSA conference will be held in St. Lucia.
